Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1/2 c
frozen diced onions
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, light
1/2 c
milk
1 1/2 tsp
beef bouillon granules
3 c
hot cooked mashed potatoes

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion till beef is no longer pink, drain.

Stir in soup, milk and bouillon. Reduce heat and simmer 10-15 min. or till heated through, stirring occasionally.
season to taste.

Serve over hot mashed potatoes, noodles, or ripped up pieces of bread.
