Hamburger Casserole

This is a old family recipe this and a salad and rolls make a quick and filling meal.

Ingredients

5
red potatoes peeled and quartered
1/2 stick
butter or margarine
1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 or 2 lb
ground beef
1 small
onion chopped
2 Tbsp
cooking oil
1 or 2 can(s)
cream style corn
2 tsp
granulated garlic

Step-By-Step

1Boil potatoes for mashing. Then mix the salt, pepper, milk and cream potatoes with a mixer. Set aside
2Next add oil to a skillet brown onion and ground beef until there is no pink in the meat. With salt and garlic pepper to taste.
3Next layer mash potatoes 2nd layer is ground beef and onions, last layer us cream style corn. Layer using the same ingredients until all is used.
4Heat in Microwave until heated though out.
Ready to serve with salad and rolls.
