I got the inspiration for these while on a tour of the wonderful wineries in the Finger Lakes region of New York State.

Ingredients

3/4 lb
boiled ham, sliced for rolling
1/2 cup c
white wine
4 tsp
horseradish
2 tsp
dried minced onion

Step-By-Step

1Beat softened cream cheese with white wine until creamy.

2Add rest of ingredients and beat.

3Roll from long side. Let chill covered in the fridge 8 hrs. or overnight.

4Cut into 1 1/2" slices.
