Ingredients

1.5 lb
ground chuck
1.5 c
onion, chopped
2
garlic cloves, minced
juice of 2 limes
1 can(s)
tomato sauce, 8 ounces
1/2 c
green olives, sliced
1/3 c
raisins
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1In a non-stick skillet, over high heat, cook the ground chuck, breaking into pieces.

2Remove meat with slotted spoon.

3Pour off all but one tablespoon of grease.

4Reduce the heat to medium, cook onions and garlic until soft.

5Add lime juice, tomato sauce, olives, raisins, cumin and cinnamon.

6Simmer 20 minutes.

7Season to taste.
