Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1/2 lb
fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large
onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
butter
1 1/2 tsp
paprika
3/4 c
milk
1 pkg
beef bouillon (1 envelope)
2 Tbsp
flour
3 Tbsp
tomato paste
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Brown meat and drain. Cook mushrooms, onion and paprika in butter until tender. Stir in milk, bouillon, flour, tomato paste and salt. Cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream and meat and pour into 9x13 casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
