Ground Beef and Rice Casserole

This is one of my family's favorite casserole. **Note: This recipe makes 13*9, you can reduce to 1 lb of meat, 1 cup of rice, 1 can of soup, and 1/2 cup 0f cheese if you want to do a 8*8 size pan. Enjoy! The leftovers are great for lunch the next day.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
ground beef or ground turkey
3 c
minute rice
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c
grated mild cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 to 375 degrees depending on your oven.
2Brown meat with salt and pepper. Cook rice according to box.
3In a large bowl combine cooked rice, meat, soup and 1 cup of the cheese. Pour into a greased glass 13 x 9 glass pan. Then top with remaining cheese.
4Cover and bake for approimately 30-35 minutes.
