  • 1 tsp

  • 1 tsp
    lime peel, grated

    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    lime juice
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 8
    flour tortillas, warmed

How To Make grilled fajitas

    Place flank steak in a glass dish and combine the next nine ingredients; pour over meat.

    Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

    Drain and discard marinade.

    Grill meat over hot coals until it reaches desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes per side for medium-well.
