1Marinate steaks in Moore's just a few minutes as they will fall apart if you leave them more than a few minutes. I usually pour the sauce in a gallon zip lock add the steaks and lay flat on counter then flip the bag to finish.
2spread thin layer of cream cheese on one side of each steak.
3roll up jellyroll style and wrap with one peice of bacon and secure with toothpicks
4grill over medium heat doing quarter turns frequently to ensure even cooking
