Grilled Chipotle Flank Steak with Avacado Relish

- 2 lb
- flank steak
- 1 Tbsp
- canola oil
- 1 tsp
- kosher salt
- 2 tsp
- black pepper, freshly ground
1Preheat grill to high.
2Brush steak with oil an dseaon liberally with salt and peper.
3Grill turning only once until slightly charred (about 7 minutes to medium-rare).
4Transfer to cutting board and let rest for about 5 minutes.
5Slice meat accross the grain into 1/2 inch slices.
6Drizze slices with Smokey Chipotle Steak Sauce (see recipe in "Sauces and Dips") and serve with Avacado-Oregano Relish (see recipe in "Sides").
