- 5 lbs. coarsely ground lean chuck
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 bunch parsley, minced
- 1 egg
1Mix chuck, onion, soy sauce, parsley and egg. Mix well and form into large (8 or 12 oz) patties. Barely coat griddle or skillet with small amount of oil and add patties. Cook on one side til firm, then turn and finish cooking to desired degree of doneness. Makes 10 servings.
2Note: Uncooked patties freeze well if carefully wrapped.
