I learned how to make these meatball from an Italian friend of mine back in the 1970's. Since then they have been my own personal comfort food.

Ingredients For grandma gail's meatballs

  • 1 - 1/2 lb
    ground meat (hamburger, pork, turkey) mix
  • 1 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    each powdered garlic and onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce, dark
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 c
    warm water ( so your hands won't freeze)
  • ITALIAN MEATBALLS

How To Make grandma gail's meatballs

  • 1
    mush it all up and form into balls, fry or bake 350 for 30 minutes until really brown. Simmer in your favorite sauce.

    DO NOT USE ANY SALT OR PEPPER!
