Ginger's Camping Supper

My idea of roughing it is a black & white TV at the Holiday Inn. My husband is an outdoorsman, and as a boy this is what they would have at campouts. I cook them in the oven, but on the grill or in the fire works too!

Add as much onion as you like to the top.
6
Finally top each with a Tbsp. of butter and fold foil to seal and create a pouch.

Place in the oven and cook until veg. is tender and meat juices run clear. (varies depending on size).
8
Serve one to each person, a salad makes a nice additon for dinner. Enjoy!
