Ingredients For garlic cheese stuffed burgers

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 - 4.4 oz pkg
    light garlic & herb spreadable cheese (such as boursin or alouette)
  • 4
    hamburger buns or onion rolls
  • TOPPINGS OF CHOICE: (OPTIONAL)
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato, sliced
  • onion, sliced
  • ketchup
  • yellow mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • dill pickle relish

How To Make garlic cheese stuffed burgers

    Preheat grill.
  • 2
    Gently combine beef, worcestershire & pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 8 4" patties 1/4" thick. Place heaping tbsp of chees in center of the 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges to seal. Gently flatten to about 3/4" thickness.

    Oil grill grates. Grill burgers, covered, medium heat or coals 4 - 6 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked & no longer pink in center. During last minute of grilling, place buns on grill to toast, if desired. Serve burgers in buns with your choice of toppings.
