Ingredients For garlic cheese stuffed burgers

1 1/2 lbground beef (85% lean)

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 - 4.4 oz pkglight garlic & herb spreadable cheese (such as boursin or alouette)

4hamburger buns or onion rolls
- TOPPINGS OF CHOICE: (OPTIONAL)

lettuce leaves
-
tomato, sliced
-
onion, sliced
-
ketchup
-
yellow mustard
-
mayonnaise
-
dill pickle relish
How To Make garlic cheese stuffed burgers

1Preheat grill.

2Gently combine beef, worcestershire & pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 8 4" patties 1/4" thick. Place heaping tbsp of chees in center of the 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges to seal. Gently flatten to about 3/4" thickness.

3Oil grill grates. Grill burgers, covered, medium heat or coals 4 - 6 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked & no longer pink in center. During last minute of grilling, place buns on grill to toast, if desired. Serve burgers in buns with your choice of toppings.
