shredded hash brown potatoes, frozen, thawed
swiss cheese, shredded
baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
ground beef, leanest you can get
2 - 1 oz pkg
french onion soup mix, dry
1Preheat grill to high heat.
2In a medium bowl, mix together hash browns, cheese & mushrooms.
3In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion soup mix. Form into 6 large patties. Make a pocket in each burger, stuff with potato mixture & seal.
4When ready to grill, brush grate with oil. Cook burgers over high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
