Flatiron steak, fresh ground,
Focaccia Bread w/jal. & cheese,
Fiesta Jack cheese,
Fried portabello strips,
Fresh off the vine tomatoesn;)

Ingredients

flat iron steak, freshly ground
foccacia bread w/jalapeno and cheese
fiesta jack cheese
fried portabello strips
fresh off the vine tomatoes

Ingredients you will need, plus oil for frying mushrooms, and an indoor or outdoor grill and a meat grinder.

Flat Iron Steak

Grind meat for burgers, then form into patties. Slice cheese and tomatoes.

For FRIED PORTABELLO MUSHROOMS: Mix 1 c of bisquick mix with just enough water to make a pancake like batter. Batter portabello strips and fry in canola oil.

Season and grill burgers to your liking.

Slice focaccia bread, layer: meat, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes. Be prepared to TOTALLY enjoy yourself.
