This flavorful marinade has the perfect combination of ingredients. Best if refrigerated overnight, but I have made it many times with only a few hours in the marinade. So good!

Ingredients

2 lb
flank steak
5 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
dry mustard
20 oz
crushed pineapple
1/2 c
teriyaki sauce
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 c
dark brown sugar
1/4 c
whiskey (good quality whiskey is a must)

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine all ingredients in a gallon sized zip-lock bag. Refrigerate over night or as long as possible.

Set out at room temperature for 1 hour prior to grilling.

Grill 5-7 minutes each side for rare, or 7-10 minutes for medium. Use marinade to baste.

Remove from grill and slice steak immediately by cutting across the grain into 1/4 inch thick slices.
