| round steak, cut in serving size pieces | |
| 1 | can whole tomatoes, diced, with the juice (the chili ready diced tomatoes are really good) |
| 1 | bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| worcestershire sauce, sorry no amount, but it said it should be dark | |
| black pepper | |
| 1 tsp | sugar or 2 pkgs sweetner |
| flour to batter steak | |
| oil to brown steak, if you choose to brown it |

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut steak into serving sized pieces and dredge in flour. There's no need to brown, according to the recipe, but I did. Put floured steak in a large pot with a lid. (I use a large cast iron Dutch oven with a top.) Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Pour tomato mixture over steak, cover and bake about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. It's really good with biscuits or Texas Toast.
