Prepare the macaroni and cheese and set aside. Brown the ground chuck in canola oil and add the seasoning blend when almost done and stir often until the onion and bell pepper are tender. In a baking dish, put the prepared macaroni and cheese, the meat and vegetable mixture and the can of cream of chicken soup and stir together. Put in a 350 degree oven and bake about 45 minutes or until brown around the edges. Good served with cornbread or rolls and tea or milk.
