Eye of Round Roast

Easy to make. Start early in the morning. It is ready for dinner when you get home. Perfect medium rare every time!

whole eye of round roast
3 Tbsp
olive or vegetable oil
3 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
3 tsp
garlic powder


1Preheat oven to 475 farenhight.
2Place roast in open roasting pan. Combine oil, worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Rub over beef. Roast 10 minutes per pound. Turn oven back to it's lowest setting. Leave roast in oven all day until ready to serve (minimum 4 hours).
3Remove to serving platter. Use drippings to make gravy if desired. Use leftovers for hot roast beef sandwiches the next day.
