Ingredients

1-2 lb
hamburger
1-2 lb
cheese, shredded cheddar and mozzerella
1 pkg
enchilada seasoning dry mix
1 can(s)
28 ounce tomato sauce
1 1/2 c
water
1
green pepper, chopped as desired
1
onion, chopped as desired
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes as desired
1 pkg
tortillas, flour (package of 10) large diameter

GARNISH

shredded lettuce
diced, fresh tomatoes
sour cream
guacamole
ripe olives, sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown hamburger, chopped onion, peppers if using. Drain

Mix in enchilada dry mix, tomato sauce, water stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Simmer until veggies are tender ( if you add them to the sauce).

Pour half of sauce into 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the sauce.

Spoon meat sauce on tortilla, roll up and place in pan on top of sauce and cheese.
Repeat with all tortilla's until all used.

Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with garnishes as desired.
