2To make sauce, melt shortening in skillet.
4Stir in chili powder and water.
5Bring to boil, cooking and stirring until thickened.
6(Should be thick enough for dipping corn tortillas.)
8Cook ground beef until brown.
9Add diced onion, avocado and salt; mix thoroughly.
10Dip corn tortillas in sauce.
11Fill with meat mixture and lots of cheese.
12Roll and serve piping hot.
