Ingredients

1/2 lb
lean ground beef or ground chicken if you like
one big
chopped onion
4 tablespo
chopped flat or italian parsly
pinch
of salt to taste
pnch
of black pepper as much as you like
arabic bread or what we call peta pockets bread

Directions Step-By-Step

stir half the chopped onion and 2 tablespoons chopped parsely and the ground beef

add salt and pepper and cook for about 20 mints, keep adding little water if it got dry and cook until it is tender and dry again

turn the heat off and add the rest of the parsly and raw onion and mix

fill the bread with the mixture and enjoy with tablespoon of plane yogurt and side salad.and rate me please.
