Ingredients

1 pkg taco seasoning mix
2/3 c water
1/1/2 c salsa, chunky
1 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can(s) (16.3 oz) grands biscuits
1 c shredded monterey jack or mexican blend cheese
1 c sour cream, if desired

This is a recipe from Grands biscuits. It is an easy treat and nice change from the usual "taco" night.

In Medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked ground beef until thickened.

Press each biscuit inch 6 inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press well to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 9-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
