Sharon's StoryThis is a recipe from Grands biscuits. It is an easy treat and nice change from the usual "taco" night.
taco seasoning mix
lean ground beef, cooked and drained
(16.3 oz) grands biscuits
shredded monterey jack or mexican blend cheese
sour cream, if desired
1In Medium saucepan, cook taco seasoning mix, water, 1/2 cup of the salsa and cooked ground beef until thickened.
Press each biscuit inch 6 inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 tablespoon of the cheese onto center of each round. Fold dough in half over filling; press well to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 9-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.
