When you had a hard day and not a lot of time,This is the way to go.Quick and easy... This is great served with mashed potatoes(pour the gravy over the mashed potatoes)

How To Make easy swiss steak

In large skillet pat out 4 Large or 6 med hamburger patties (pre cook to med well) in skillet,add sliced veggie,salt and pepper,cook to saute veggies

add diced tomatoes,ketsup and water,cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 mins until it makes gravy with the burgers or steaks
