Ingredients

cream of mushroom soup
1 c
low sodium beef broth
3 c
halved small red potatoes
1
onion sliced thin
2 clove
garlic minced
2
carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
1 c
celery cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
fresh chopped thyme leaves
3 to 4 lb
chuck roast

Step-By-Step

1Combine soup, broth, potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, celery and seasonings in a large bowl. Place beef roast into 41/2 quart slow cooker.

2Place vegetable mixture around roast and pour soup mixture over roast and vegetables.

3Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 7-8 hours or until it is fork tender.
