pinch tips: How to Use a Meat Thermometer


16 oz
bag of sauerkraut (you find fresh bags where the hot dogs are)
1 lb
deli-corned beef sliced
1\4 lb
sliced deli swiss cheese
sliced rye bread
thousand island dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain sauerkraut and squeeze to remove juice.Then use paper towels to dry kraut.. to remove any kraut juice...then place kraut on bottom of CROCKPOT.. spread it all over evenly.
Then arrange all the corn beef slices over the kraut.Then arrange all the cheeseover the corn beef.cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Then toast bread when ready to eat. Cut the stuff in the crock pot in four. Then remove to sandwich add thousand island.. OR you can mix one cup mayo. and half cup of ketchup..It taste just as good..
