- 3-4 lb
- beef chuck roast
- 1 pkg
- dry onion soup
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can(s)
- carrots, quartered
- potatoes quartered
1Place roast in roasting pan
Add soups and water on top of roast.
Cover roaster and put in 275 oven for 3 hours.
2Use amount of carrots and potatoes you prefer for this beef roast.
Place potatoes and carrots around the roast and continue to roast for an additional hour.
In 4 hours your entire meal is done, complete with gravy and veggies.
3*If you choose to use a larger roast, double the soups and water for more gravy.
