Shirley's Storythis is a very easy recipe to make and serves a lot. I just put it all into crock pot and cook slowly. Sometimes overnight if I am going to pull it. Less time if I am going to slice it. If I slice it I cool it overnight and slice the next day. Then I put it back into the juices for a while and add the pepperocini's.
beef roast. chuck if pulled and round or rump if sliced.
medium bottle frenches italian dressing
sprinkle of garlic salt or powder to taste.
1 small jar pepperocinis. i use mild

1Put meat into crock pot or slow cooker. Pour all of dressing over top. Sprinkle with garlic salt or powder.Cover and cook slowly over several hrs. til 165 degrees. If slicing take out and refrigerate overnight. Slice next day. If pulled then pull apart over time. If pulled add pepperocinis after pulling and cook another hr.Cooking time can vary.
If sliced then add back to juices next day after slicing and add peppercinis. simmer for about an hr.
serve on hoagie rolls .
