this is a very easy recipe to make and serves a lot. I just put it all into crock pot and cook slowly. Sometimes overnight if I am going to pull it. Less time if I am going to slice it. If I slice it I cool it overnight and slice the next day. Then I put it back into the juices for a while and add the pepperocini's.
