Peel and dice Potatoes, and fry in skillet. Drain any excess oil and put into 4 quart pan.
Dice onion, fry ground beef, onion, and garlic powder till brown and onions are clear. Drain grease and put in 4 qt pan with potatoes.
In separate bowl mix gravy packets with cold water, mixing thoroughly. Pour over potatoes and beef and bring to boil stiring to keep from sticking. When gravy is thickened, serve.
Add a side vegetable and salad or any sides of your choosing.
