|1 can(s)||(10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup - i use two for extra gravy|
|1 pkg||lipton onion soup mix|
|1 tsp||worchesterchire sauce|
|salt and pepper to taste|

DirectionsPreheat oven to 325 degree F.
Line a small roaster with foil..I sometimes skip the foil.Rinse your roast and pat dry.
Place in foil lined roaster, sprinkle soup mix over the roast.
Spread can of soup and add can of water, Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle of salt and pepper.Fold foil over roast, cover and bake for 3 - 3 1/2 hours or until tender.
The aroma in the house will be to die for.
If you want more gravy, double the soup and water.
