IN A 13X9 BAKING PAN ADD 1 CUP OF WHITE RICE AND 1 CUP OF WATER,FRY HAMBUGER PUT IT ON TOP OF RICE CUT UP HEAD OF CABBAGE IN PIECES PUT ON TOP OF HAMBUGER POUR TOMATO SAUCE ON TOP COVER PUT IN OVEN AT 350 FOUR ABOUT 1 HOUR VERY EASY VERY GOOD!!
