In a large bowl, combine ground beef, italian seasoning, eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Mash with your hands until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly together.
Take out a meatball sized portion from the bowl and flatten into a small pattie, place one small cube of cheese in the middle of the pattie and then roll up the meat around it until the meat resembles a ball.
Continue this process until all the meat is made into meatballs. Fry in a pan until completely cooked, drain and place desired amount of meatballs on each hoagie roll.
Spoon spaghetti sauce over the meatballs and serve with chips or your favorite side!
