Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 3/4 lb
beef stew meat
1 can(s)
10.5 oz. condensed french onion soup. don't add water
1 can(s)
14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
16 oz. sliced carrots - drained
1 can(s)
16 oz. green peas - drained
1 can(s)
16 oz. corn - drained
8
small to medium potatoes, peeled
1/2 c
bottled plain barbecue sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Line your crock pot or spray with non stick spray. Put in your stew meat. Next your french onion soup and your can of diced tomatoes. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours

About 1 hour before you are ready to serve. Peal and dice your potatoes and cook in water in a sperate pot. While you potatoes cook. Add barbecue sauce to meat mixture and stir. Add cans of drained veg.

When potatoes are done, drain off water and mix with meat and veg. mixture. I ususally use a big bowl, because my crock pot won't hold it all.

This stew needs no thickening or extra salt. Eat and enjoy
