DirectionsHeat oven to 350. Spray a lg roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Place brisket, fat-side up in pan.In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over beef. Cover lightly w/ foil.Roast 3-1/2 hrs, or until fork-tender. Remove beef to cutting board. Cut across grain into 1/4"-thick slices. Serve w/ sauve from pan.
