Ingredients
| 1 | 4-5 lb beef brisket |
| 2 c | smoky-flavored bbq sauce |
| 1 can(s) | french onion soup |
| 2 large | onions, thinly sliced |
| 3 tsp | minced garlic in olive oil |
| 2 Tbsp | hot sauce |
| 1/4 c | water |

Directions
Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Place brisket, fat-side up in pan.In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over beef. Cover lightly w/ foil.Roast 3-1/2 hrs, or until fork-tender. Remove beef to cutting board. Cut across grain into 1/4"-thick slices. Serve w/ sauve from pan.
