Easy beef brisket roast

This is an easy, delicious roast I like to make for Sunday dinner.

Ingredients

1
4-5 lb beef brisket
2 c
smoky-flavored bbq sauce
1 can(s)
french onion soup
2 large
onions, thinly sliced
3 tsp
minced garlic in olive oil
2 Tbsp
hot sauce
1/4 c
water

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg roasting pan w/ cooking spray. Place brisket, fat-side up in pan.
2In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour over beef. Cover lightly w/ foil.
3Roast 3-1/2 hrs, or until fork-tender. Remove beef to cutting board. Cut across grain into 1/4"-thick slices. Serve w/ sauve from pan.
