Ingredients

5 lb
beef chuck roast
2 can(s)
(10.5 oz) french onion soup
16 oz
beer
2 oz
whiskey
2
beef bouillon, cubes

Step-By-Step

1braise roast in 400 oven for 1 hour.
2add all other ingredients together with roast in crock pot. stir a bit and simmer on high 4-5 hours.
3note: roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crock pot, after simmering total time it will be very tender and broken into pieces.
4may be served on buns with potatoes and vegetables.
