Ingredients For dressed up hamburger

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 cup chili sauce

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 cup crushed corn flakes

3 tbsp. seeded and finely chopped green pepper

1 tsp. salt
-
1/2 tsp. pepper

4 to 6 strips bacon

How To Make dressed up hamburger

1Preheat oven to 350

2Mix beef, chili sauce, egg, corn flakes, green pepper, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into 4 individual serving size balls. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each ball and secure with a toothpick. Flatten bottom slightly and decorate top of each ball with a criss cross of catsup. Place on rack in 8 inch square baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
