R=Ribeye steak

S=sweet onion
This is one scrumptious sammie. The profile pix is the sammie cut in half and stacked on top of each other.

Ingredients

**ribeye
**italian bread
**thai garlic chili sauce (hot sauce)
**sharp cheddar cheese
**onion rings
**evoo
**masa
**milk
**almonds, crushed
**red bell rings
**yellow bell rings
**red potato slices
**cilantro, fresh
**tomatoes, roasted

Step-By-Step

1Bake Italian bread.
2Crush almonds in food processor.
3For onion rings: slice onion. Add crushed almonds to a masa, milk, dipping batter.
4Fry onion rings in EVOO till brown.
5Slice tomatoes and pan roast.
6Slice potatoes and cook with a little olive oil till tender.
7Grate cheese.
8Slice steak very thin, also slice peppers. Place in hot skillet and cook for about 2 min.
9Slice bread and spread with hot sauce
10Now build your sammie and toast on griddle or hot skillet. You can always pop into hot oven to brown bread and melt cheese.
