This is for the sammie challenge using the letters:
M=milk
E=EVOO
R=Red bell pepper
R=Ribeye steak
Y=yellow bell pepper
C=cilantro
H=hot sauce
R=red potato
I=Italian Bread
S=sharp cheddar cheese
T=tomato
M=masa
A=almonds
S=sweet onion

Ingredients

**ribeye
**italian bread
**thai garlic chili sauce (hot sauce)
**sharp cheddar cheese
**onion rings
**evoo
**masa
**milk
**almonds, crushed
**red bell rings
**yellow bell rings
**red potato slices
**cilantro, fresh
**tomatoes, roasted

Directions Step-By-Step

Bake Italian bread.

Crush almonds in food processor.

For onion rings: slice onion. Add crushed almonds to a masa, milk, dipping batter.

Fry onion rings in EVOO till brown.

Slice tomatoes and pan roast.

Slice potatoes and cook with a little olive oil till tender.

Grate cheese.

Slice steak very thin, also slice peppers. Place in hot skillet and cook for about 2 min.

Slice bread and spread with hot sauce

Now build your sammie and toast on griddle or hot skillet. You can always pop into hot oven to brown bread and melt cheese.
