Dirty Pot Roast

Don't let the name gross you out. It just looks dirty. This is very good. You will love this. Sometimes I use Cocktail sauce instead of ketchup because it has that nice little kick to it from the horseradish. Received from sister. Easy, breezy and delicious!!

3 lbs. brisket
1 cup ketchup
1 packet lipton onion soup mix

Directions Step-By-Step

Place brisket on foil. Coat with ketchup and sprinkle with soup mix. Wrap brisket in foil. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.
*Make sure to coat underneath of the brisket with the ketchup.
