dilly meatballs for a crowd

I got this recipe from my Mom who got it from her former boss, Pat Howland, at Michigan Bell Telephone Co. My son loves these but we don't make them often because they make ALOT of meatballs. So really, it's good for potlucks or to feed a crowd. The original number of servings on the recipe says "112"! Still it would depend on the size of the meatballs how many it would serve I think. Anyhow, they are delicious or so I'm told (I don't personally like pickles)
