Here is another Weight Watcher recipe. There is only 3 points per serving. This recipe has a serving for 6. It is very fast and good.

Ingredients

1 lb
extra lean groundmeat
1 medium
onion chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1 c
diet coke
2/3 c
ketchup
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
dry mustard

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown beef and onion in large skillet

Drain well

Stir in remaining ingredients as listed

Mix well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

I've never made it with chicken. I'll have to try that and of course the cheese. That will be just another way to fix a meal. Always looking for a little extra help. Thanks.

I love this recipe. I have made it with chicken, sausage, beef and pork and it has always been a winner. I have also added a cup of rice or a cup of cooked noodles or macaroni. Sprinkle some cheese on the top and bake for about 15 min. It's not a weight watchers meal then but it is fast for unexpected company.
