Betty's StoryHere is another Weight Watcher recipe. There is only 3 points per serving. This recipe has a serving for 6. It is very fast and good.
extra lean groundmeat
1 1/2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1Brown beef and onion in large skillet
3Stir in remaining ingredients as listed
4Mix well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

I love this recipe. I have made it with chicken, sausage, beef and pork and it has always been a winner. I have also added a cup of rice or a cup of cooked noodles or macaroni. Sprinkle some cheese on the top and bake for about 15 min. It's not a weight watchers meal then but it is fast for unexpected company.

I've never made it with chicken. I'll have to try that and of course the cheese. That will be just another way to fix a meal. Always looking for a little extra help. Thanks.
