cream of wheat, quick-cook style
1Mix all but one can of prepared vegetable juice together.
2Shape into loaf and bake at 350 in a loaf pan coated with non stick cooking spray for 1 hour.
3Half way through baking smear loaf with ketchup.
4When loaf is cooked and drained, pierce top with fork and pour second can of vegetable juice over top allowing to run down and around meat.
5Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
