Ingredients For day after spicy beef

  • 3 lg
    onions, chopped
  • 2 pkg
    ground chuck
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make day after spicy beef

  • 1
    Brown beef in a large skillet on medium heat, stirring constantly. After several minutes, add onions and bell pepper and cook until they soften, then add cumin, salt and pepper, and ground red pepper. Then cook on high setting until beef is browned completely, stir constantly. Goes great with rice.
