bread crumbs, fine dry
onion, finely chopped
Combine eggs with milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, and meat. Mix well.
Shape into 9X5 inch recatngle or oval, or about 6 inch round. Carefully place in slow cooking crock pot.
Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl; pour over meat.
Cover and cook on high 15 minutes longer.
Slice and serve while hot or can use cold slices for sandwiches.
