Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1.5 lb
beef sirloin tip, cubed
1
diced green bell pepper
1
red bell pepper, diced
1
jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
28 oz
tomato sauce
1 Tbsp
cumin
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 can(s)
beer
4 slice
bacon, cooked crisp

Step-By-Step

1This recipe works great in a slow cooker for approximately 8 hours, if you don't have one, cook on low for at least 2 hours.

2Slightly brown the steak cubes in the bacon fat, drain and then add remaining ingredients.

3Simmer as mentioned above.

4Top with shredded cheddar cheese and raw onions.
