Slow Cooker Crock Pot

beef stew meat

pepper

paprika

salt
1/3 c
soya sauce
1/4 c
flour
1 large
onion
1 can(s)
tomato sauce, reduced sodium
1 c
beef broth
25 c
bbq sauce
1 tsp
garlic
sage
basil
thyme, dried
lemon and herb
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

layer potatoes, carrots.
Top with meat
Sprinkle meat with (soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper, and flour- mix in bowl first)
onions
Spread with chopped carrots
