Crockpot Beef Roast & Gravy

I grew up eating this atleast once every two weeks. Its taste great and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

1 large
chuck roast, cut into large cubes or left hole
1 (10.75) can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1-2 c
water, depending on how thick you like your gravy
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1 can(s)
sliced mushrooms

Step-By-Step

1Place everything in crockpot and cook for 6-8 hours until ready to serve.
2Great served with rice or mashed potatoes.
