Ingredients

2 lb
round steak
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1/4 c
water
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut steak into 6 serving pieces or more.

Place in slow cooker.

Add onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

I don't know if the round steak is from the eye of the round roast. The way it comes from my grocer is usually two slices in a package making it about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of meat about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Then I cut it into portion sizes with my kitchen scissors. I usually use two packages making it a total of somewhere between 2-3 pounds of meat.

Is round steak made from eye of the round roast? Cut ahead into slices? Sounds delish!
