Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For crock pot & grilled pork ribs w/honey garlic glaze
- RIBS:

3 lbpork loin back ribs
-
1 Tbspsalt & pepper
-
1/4 cvegetable oil
-
32 ozbeef stock, unsalted
-
8 clovegarlic, minced
-
2 lgonions, sliced thin
- HONEY GARLIC GLAZE:

1 cdijon mustard
-
1 1/2 choney
-
6 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 bunchscallions, sliced thin (both greens & whites)
How To Make crock pot & grilled pork ribs w/honey garlic glaze

1Tear membrane of back side of ribs (this is not an easy task).

2Cut ribs in 1/2 & place ribs (meat side down) in crock pot.

3In a large bowl, combine salt, pepper, oil, stock, garlic & onions; stir to combine. Pour over ribs.

4Cover & cook on LOW 10 hours.

5Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the ingredients for the glaze. Refrigerate until needed.

6Remove the ribs from the crock pot & while the ribs are still warm, pour the glaze over the ribs making sure they are well coated. Allow the ribs to sit for 30 minutes.

7While the ribs rest, heat your grill to medium high heat. Grill the ribs for about 1 minute per side, or until the glaze sets & the ribs are brown & crusty.
