Ingredients For crock pot & grilled pork ribs w/honey garlic glaze

  • RIBS:
  • 3 lb
    pork loin back ribs
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt & pepper
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 32 oz
    beef stock, unsalted
  • 8 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 lg
    onions, sliced thin
  • HONEY GARLIC GLAZE:
  • 1 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 c
    honey
  • 6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch
    scallions, sliced thin (both greens & whites)

How To Make crock pot & grilled pork ribs w/honey garlic glaze

    Tear membrane of back side of ribs (this is not an easy task).

    Cut ribs in 1/2 & place ribs (meat side down) in crock pot.

    In a large bowl, combine salt, pepper, oil, stock, garlic & onions; stir to combine. Pour over ribs.

    Cover & cook on LOW 10 hours.

    Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the ingredients for the glaze. Refrigerate until needed.

    Remove the ribs from the crock pot & while the ribs are still warm, pour the glaze over the ribs making sure they are well coated. Allow the ribs to sit for 30 minutes.

    While the ribs rest, heat your grill to medium high heat. Grill the ribs for about 1 minute per side, or until the glaze sets & the ribs are brown & crusty.
